What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. The app is designed to function as a home arrangement and interior guidance utility without user accounts.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted by normal network infrastructure to facilitate connectivity. KLOSKOWSKI does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
If the app stores room ideas, home arrangement notes, furniture selections, color and decor combinations, interior tips, ongoing idea records, interior update steps, renovation or update steps, before/after change notes, room categories, recommendation cards, saved recommendations, planning preferences, app settings, and local home planning records, those records are intended to remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. Home Harmony Guide does not collect precise real-time location information from the user’s mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties. KLOSKOWSKI does not sell personal data.
What are my opt-out rights?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the app removes the app from your device and stops further app use.
Data Retention
Local app content, if created by the user, remains under the user’s control on the user’s device. This may include room ideas, decor combinations, saved recommendations, home update notes, settings, and other local planning records. KLOSKOWSKI does not receive or retain those local records through normal app use.
If a user voluntarily contacts KLOSKOWSKI by email, any information included in that message may be retained only as long as needed to respond to the request, maintain business records, resolve issues, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Because Home Harmony Guide does not collect or store personal data on KLOSKOWSKI servers through normal app use, there is usually no server-side app data for KLOSKOWSKI to delete.
Users can remove local app data by deleting records inside the app where such controls are available, clearing the app’s local storage through device settings, or uninstalling the Application from the device.
If you voluntarily provided information to KLOSKOWSKI by email or another direct contact method, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@kloskowski.online.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. KLOSKOWSKI does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected through app use alone.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. KLOSKOWSKI applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it may hold after voluntary direct contact.

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting app user personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to KLOSKOWSKI, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Responsible Use Notice
Home Harmony Guide is a personal interior guidance and home planning utility. It is not an interior design agency, architecture studio, construction company, renovation contractor, furniture store, ecommerce shop, home repair cost calculator, real estate platform, professional CAD tool, AR room scanner, AI interior designer, legal building compliance tool, or replacement for licensed architects, interior designers, contractors, electricians, plumbers, engineers, safety professionals, or personal judgment.
Changes
KLOSKOWSKI may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, we will seek consent to material changes before they take effect.
